Unser Konzept Kombiniert traditionelle Tandoori-Spezialitäten. Das Tandoori stammt aus dem Norden Indiens und ist ein in die Erde eingelassener Lehmofen, der mit Holzkohle beheizt wird. Alle Tandoori-Gerichte werden auf Metallspießen schonend über der Glut gegart, ein Teil der Marinade tropft in die Glut und trägt zu dem unvergesslichen Geschmackserlebnis bei.
